This project is currently in advanced kitchen system development within a new residential setting in Long Island City.

atelier bauherr is leading layout definition, appliance integration strategy, cabinetry engineering, and infrastructure alignment prior to construction commencement. Spatial studies and technical documentation establish dimensional accuracy and mechanical coordination before fabrication decisions are finalized.

The project remains in the design and documentation phase, with installation projected for 2026–2027.
